In addition to the products listed on ResMed’s Internet Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) List:

1.  Parts and Accessories not listed, are not subject to ResMed’s Internet MAP policy, and may be advertised at any price.
2. Parts and Accessories for Non-Authorized Flow Generators, are not subject to ResMed’s Internet MAP policy, and may be advertised at any price.

 
Non-Authorized Products – U.S. *

Non-authorized products are not authorized for sale to patients over the Internet 

1. *If displaying non-authorized products, a “Displayed for Reference Only” statement must be placed on the product page. 
2. The product must not be able to be transacted via the Internet. 
   No prices can be posted on product pages advertising non-authorized products.

 
Obsolete Products 

These products are no longer being manufactured by ResMed for sale in the U.S. 

1. If displaying these products online, the following statement must be placed on the product page: “Product is no longer manufactured or sold by ResMed in the U.S.”
2. These products are not subject to ResMed’s Internet MAP policy, and may be advertised at any price.
